Northern Badger Media Co. is nestled in the woodsy hills of northwest Wisconsin. Owner and president of the company is Joe Waite. Joe has been a 7th grade science and social studies teacher for 16 years and enthusiastically continues to teach and coach. Being a coach and former athlete, he sees the importance of funding for school sports.

He has created a  formula that markets on publicity and profits in simplicity. A simple solution to the grueling task of seeking out the necessary funding in the athletic department. This formula was developed after a few years of creating posters with local advertisements and sending them off to various vendors for printing. Profit margins were a bit disappointing with these companies and it was thought that the things could be handled differently. With a little innovation, Joe purchased a high quality machine and began printing the posters that he had been designing all along. The system now was making sense. His school was making more of a profit than ever before. Throughout more rural areas it becomes more difficult for districts alone to support their sports organizations.

Joe offered his experience, equipment and skills to help these groups gain as much profit as they sought out. With much success from active programs and supportive communities throughout the years, Northern Badger Media Co. has expanded from northwestern Wisconsin, throughout the state, and into a national spectrum. Creative energies have been implemented some 14 years ago with publications of Baseball Wisconsin and the Wisconsin All Star Classic Programs.

Dedication and determination have produced both of these publications reliably every year, with each book being more impressive than the previous edition.   As these books continue to be published, the school district's web site receives its updates and students continue to be taught and coached, Joe is working toward sharing high profits with other organizations.  Attention continues to be drawn towards this individual's hard work and drive, as he is contacted by more groups that could use his services.  Publications became more detailed and elaborate, posters that had been designed began to be printed, web sites continued to be published, and banners have been designed and hung. These services, these simple solutions, are best when they are utilized by outstanding organizations with impressive goals.

Northern Badger Media Co. has grown into an entity of stability and versatility. Years of hard work and a small yet supportive staff have made all of our projects possible.
